Client Baseline
This page shows the live value model driving every dollar figure across the platform. Values scale dynamically from the active client's revenue. Switch client in Session Config to see how numbers change. Share this with stakeholders who ask "how were these numbers arrived at?"
Revenue Tier Multipliers
Sierra Digital's value model scales every estimate from a $3B base case. The multiplier is applied to all 8 value domains.
Tier Revenue Range Multiplier Primary KPI Examples
Mid-Market < $1B 0.17× Payback period Smaller E&P, mid-size mfg
Large Enterprise $1B – $10B 1.0× (base) ROI % Halliburton, Next Decade
Global Enterprise $10B – $50B 5.5× 3-year net value SLB, Equinor, ConocoPhillips
Mega Enterprise > $50B 16× Total addressable value Shell, TotalEnergies, Boeing
8 Value Domains — Live Scaled Output
Base values calibrated at $3B revenue (Large Enterprise, 1.0× multiplier). Your active client's tier multiplier is applied to arrive at the displayed range.

3-Wave Programme Allocation
Programme investment and value realisation are phased across three waves. Investment allocation: 30/45/25. Value realisation lags investment by one wave.
Every metric on the platform has a traceable source, formula, and sensitivity rating. Use this library to answer "how was this calculated?" during client conversations. Low sensitivity = number is robust across assumptions. High sensitivity = flag as directional.
Switching client here updates the active client for this browser session. All pages (Overview, Command Center, Value) will reflect the new client's data after switching. This is equivalent to using the client switcher in the sidebar.

Credentials entered here are stored in your server session only — never in a database or browser storage. They expire when you log out. For persistent connections, set the corresponding environment variables in Azure App Service configuration.
Discovery-validated baseline numbers for each client. All values are seeded from client profiles and editable post-discovery. These numbers are the traceable basis for every calculation across the platform. Changes persist to the database — every presenter sees the same validated figures.
